We will endeavour to see you on time every time as we know your time is valuable. We will answer all questions honestly and follow up on your queries. We look forward to performing all our treatments to the highest standard.
Your Responsibilities
We ask you to endeavour to keep your appointment times and accept if you are running late for any reason we may not be able to complete your full treatment as booked. We ask you to give us at least 12 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment, and please note that we may charge you a full cancellation fee if this notice is not given.
We have a NO MOBILE PHONE policy or it must be put on SILENT during all treatments. We apologise for any inconvenience.
