Enjoying Iris Skin & Beauty
It’s recommended that you arrive 5-15minutes prior to your scheduled
appointment time. For first time clients this means you’ll have time to
fill out your Consultation form, alternatively sit and relax with a refreshing
beverage.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations arise and sometimes you are unable
to make your appointment. With courtesy of our time and others we would
appreciate at least 8 hours notice so we are able to contact our waiting
list of other clients, alternatively on the day cancellation will incur
50% and ‘no show’ will incur 100% of your treatment price. If using a
Gift voucher, unfortunately will become void.
Salon Etiquette
We consider our salon to be a place of peace and rejuvenation. We ask that
you respect other clients right to this by turning your phone on silent.
